On State Property Management Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Article 1. Purpose and Scope of Application of this Law
The purpose of this Law is to regulate relations in the field of management of state property.
The specifics of relations in the field of management of natural resources (land, subsoil, water, airspace, mineral resources, flora and fauna, and other natural resources), objects of tangible cultural heritage, the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the gold reserve, the currency fund, the housing stock and other state funds, as well as the management of the property of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its subordinate organizations, are regulated by separate laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
