Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the portfolio of investment and production projects;
• Organize and oversee the full project lifecycle: Feasibility Study (FS), FEED, EPC/EPCM, construction, and commissioning;
• Coordinate the work of engineering organizations, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams;
• Control project schedules, budgets, technical parameters, and quality;
• Coordinate exploration and mining activities and ensure synchronization of mining operations with processing capacities;
• Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical facilities;
• Manage construction, technical, operational, and investment risks;
• Ensure compliance with legislation, industrial safety, environmental, and ESG requirements;
• Prepare management, technical, and investment reports;
• Represent the Company in cooperation with investors, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing large-scale investment, industrial, or mining projects;
• Practical experience in implementing projects under EPC/EPCM models, including construction and commissioning;
• Experience in managing project teams and contractors;
• Knowledge of mining, mineral processing, and/or metallurgical production processes;
• Strong management and leadership skills;
• Experience working with international teams and partners;
• Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
