JSC "Uzbekistan TMK" is accepting commercial proposals for the implementation of the project "Construction of a new hydrometallurgical plant for processing tungsten concentrate" on an EPC basis.
The project entails the execution of the following comprehensive scope of work:
• development of design and working documentation;
• supply of necessary process and auxiliary equipment;
• execution of construction and installation works;
• installation and assembly of equipment;
• establishment of engineering and utility networks;
• commissioning, adjustment, and testing;
• handover of the facility for operation in accordance with established procedures.
In light of the above, local and foreign organizations possessing sufficient experience, qualified specialists, and the necessary technical capabilities in this field are invited to submit commercial proposals.
The commercial proposal must include the following information:
1. Total project cost, with the costs for design, equipment supply, construction and installation, and commissioning/adjustment works listed separately; 2. Work completion timeframe and phased implementation schedule;
3. Payment terms (bank guarantee or a letter of guarantee regarding insurance against the risk of non-repayment of the advance payment);
4. Information on the organization's experience in the EPC sector and previously completed similar projects, accompanied by supporting documents (copies of contracts, acceptance certificates or invoices, and photo reports);
5. Copies of the selection, tender, order, or other relevant documents serving as the basis for those contracts;
6. Information on qualified specialists to be engaged in the project and available material-technical resources (with supporting documents);
7. Validity period of the proposal.
The following supporting documents must be attached to the commercial proposal:
• Relevant licenses and permits for carrying out construction, design, and installation works (a permit for the construction of strategic facilities is required);
• Letters of recommendation or positive feedback from clients;
• documents confirming the organization's financial stability;
• documents confirming the qualifications of key engineering and technical personnel;
• information regarding the availability of machinery, mechanisms, and equipment necessary for the execution of works;
The submitted contracts and documents confirming the work performed must clearly indicate the project name, the client, the contract value, the timeframe for the work, and the actual volume of work completed.
