To ensure the fulfillment of the objectives set forth in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 28, 2025, "On additional measures to expand the raw material base of minerals of industrial significance and accelerate production in 2025-2026," it is planned to develop a strategy for expanding the production of minerals of industrial significance in the Republic of Uzbekistan, aimed at creating multi-stage value chains from raw materials to finished products.
This strategy includes a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the critical mineral resources sector, an assessment of the existing mineral resource base, the identification of opportunities for advanced processing of raw materials and the production of finished products with high added value, a study of best international practices, and the development of practical proposals and measures for sector development. In light of the above, we kindly request that you submit your commercial proposal for the implementation of this strategy in accordance with the terms of reference and the defined scope of work.
-The commercial offer must include the following information:
-total cost of services, -term of work and phased work plan;
-payment terms;
-composition of specialists and experts to be involved;
information about the organization's work experience in this area and implemented projects;
