At the GEOMIN 2026 International Conference in Tashkent, the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) took an active part in discussions on geology, critical minerals, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
As part of the conference, TMK international expert Mike Beare moderated the Ministerial Panel session, while Anna Fonseca delivered a presentation on Uzbekistan’s geological and industrial potential. Amir Abidov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of TMK, presented a report on the role of artificial intelligence in Central Asia’s critical raw materials industry.
TMK showcased tungsten- and molybdenum-based products, along with solutions for 3D geological modelling, digital technologies, and the deep processing of critical minerals.
B2B meetings were also held with SLB, Geometrics, Insuco, Xcalibur Smart Mapping, STRYDE, TDS, Aubergine Micro, and other international companies.
Following the negotiations, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with Aubergine Micro, while agreements were reached to prepare and sign memoranda with Geometrics and SLB.
GEOMIN 2026 served as an important platform for TMK to expand international technology partnerships and translate Uzbekistan’s critical minerals potential into new practical projects.
