The Technological Metals Complex of Uzbekistan (TMK) is launching a competition for young professionals and innovators as part of the International Week of Innovative Ideas, InnoWeek 2026.
We invite applications featuring promising solutions in geology, critical metals, advanced materials, digitalization, automation, and energy efficiency.
The competition has two categories:
🔘 Young Specialist in Critical Metals
🔘 Best Innovative Idea
Undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students, young researchers, and industry professionals are welcome to apply individually or as part of a team.
Winners will have the opportunity to intern at TMK, take part in research projects, join the company’s talent pool, and pilot their solutions.
Applications are open until October 20. The results will be announced between October 27 and 29.
