On April 13–14, a delegation from the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) is holding meetings with international investors and financial institutions in New York and Boston, USA, as part of the Uzbekistan Investor Day event.
The event highlights the economic reforms underway in Uzbekistan, the country’s strategic goals through 2030, and the investment potential of TMK.
During discussions with O&M Capital, financial instruments for entering international capital markets were explored, including the potential issuance of Eurobonds. The parties reached an agreement to develop cooperation in this direction.
In Boston, the delegation met with Jason Zullo, Director of Corporate Banking for Central Asia and the Caucasus at Citigroup. TMK’s operations and key investment projects were presented, including its tungsten, molybdenum, and graphite clusters.
Following the meetings, both sides confirmed their interest in strengthening cooperation and further exploring opportunities for TMK’s entry into international capital markets.
