Every day, he manages complex technological lines, extracting high-quality tungsten concentrate from industrial waste. Controlling such intricate processes as gravity separation and flotation requires immense precision, patience, and years of experience.
Karshiboy Usmanov is one of the leading engineers at the Uzbek Technological Metals Complex (TMK) factory—a 60-year-old specialist with 30 years of experience.
"After we extract tungsten on the technological line, the quality and volume of our output increase, while losses are reduced. Such a transparent and sound policy in our industry boosts the confidence of foreign investors, fostering broad cooperation and creating new jobs," he says.
