A special report dedicated to the operations of the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Company (UzTMK) was aired on CBC TV — Azerbaijan’s largest international news channel.
“Critical minerals are the vitamins of industry — even small amounts are of decisive importance. UzTMK is already producing tungsten, molybdenum, and rhenium. We are building a complete value chain from extraction to final product manufacturing. In this way, UzTMK is becoming a Central Asian hub for critical metals production,” said Amir Abidov, Deputy Chairman of the UzTMK Management Board, in an interview with CBC.
