A scientific study co-authored by Farkhod Azimov, Head of the Department for Coordination of Research, Innovation, and Implementation at the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex - TMK, was published in "ChemSusChem," a prestigious international journal of the Q1 category, leading in sustainable chemistry and energy technologies.
"ChemSusChem" is an authoritative journal published by the German publisher Wiley-VCH as part of the Chemistry Europe scientific platform, and its published research is of high significance to the global scientific and industrial communities.
This study developed a simple and effective one-pot method for synthesizing electrocatalysts based on NiFe2O4 (nickel-iron oxide).
The results demonstrate that controlling the metal-to-oxide transition process enables the creation of highly efficient electrocatalysts with a high defect density. This will serve as an important scientific foundation for the future development of new materials for hydrogen energy and water-splitting technologies.
This publication has further strengthened TMK's research and development potential, its activities in creating advanced materials, and its engagement in global scientific collaboration.
