Technological development is closely linked to human capital. The most important resource for the effective use of new equipment, advanced technologies, and international standards is qualified personnel.
For this purpose, a meeting was held today between the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Plant and the Institute for Advanced Training of Mining and Geological Industry Workers, during which a Memorandum of Understanding was signed.
“In accordance with the latest global standards, it is necessary to improve the qualifications of laboratory technicians in minerals essential for the industry and to train project managers in new methodologies,” said Amir Abidov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of UTMK for Innovations and Technological Development, during the meeting.
This cooperation provides for the following:
- Training laboratory specialists in minerals important for the industry in accordance with the latest global standards;
- Training project managers based on advanced methodologies;
- Utilizing the experience of foreign specialists in the educational process;
- Increasing efficiency through practice-oriented training programs.
By combining modern knowledge and practical experience, this cooperation serves to train a new generation of highly qualified specialists for our industry.
