The 37th Annual Conference of the International Molybdenum Association is taking place in the city of Viña del Mar (Republic of Chile), with about 200 representatives from more than 50 companies worldwide participating.
The Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK), a member of the Association, also sent its delegation to this prestigious event.
As part of the program, meetings of the Association's Management Committee and Market Development Committee were held on September 7-8, along with several bilateral meetings. Representatives of JSC "UzTMK" actively participated in the work of the Molybdenum Market Development Committee.
🤝 Additionally, the TMK delegation held negotiations with leading international companies in the industry: Anglo American (Great Britain), Chaoyang Jinda Molybdenum Co. Ltd (China), Shangxiang Minmetals Inc. (USA), Metherma KG (Germany), Bauer Energy Design (Canada), Sojitz Corporation (Japan), Molymet (Chile), MBR Metals (Estonia), and Thompson Creek Metals Company (USA).
As a result of the meetings, agreements were reached on the supply of important raw materials for industry, the sale of finished products in European and US markets, as well as the exchange of advanced industry experience.
TMK representatives continue to actively participate in the conference.
