The delegation of the Uzbek Technological Metals Complex (TMK) actively participated in the Altay Invest-2025 international investment forum held in the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan.
During the international forum, a series of B2B meetings were organized, where the prospects for processing technological and critical minerals, as well as industrial cooperation, were discussed.
In particular, the TMK delegation discussed with the management of Kazzinc and the Ulba Metallurgical Plant the areas of mutually beneficial cooperation for the deep processing of raw materials and the expansion of the product value chain.
Following the meetings, preliminary agreements were reached with enterprises of the region on the processing and production of metals such as tantalum, niobium, beryllium, selenium, antimony, bismuth, vanadium, tungsten, and molybdenum, as well as on the mutual exploration of new deposits and the supply of modern equipment.
As part of the forum, TMK representatives also met with the Akim of East Kazakhstan region, Nurymbet Saktaganov. During the conversation, issues of strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, strengthening interregional ties, and further developing mutual trust were specifically highlighted.
