The Global Future Forum 2026, an international forum held in Baku, Azerbaijan, brought together discussions on the global economy, sustainable development, technology, human capital, and the industry of the future.
During the session titled “Economic Inclusion Through Social Entrepreneurship,” a representative of Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) presented the company’s approach to building an inclusive industrial ecosystem as a new model for industrial development.
The presentation highlighted the following priority areas:
➡️ broad involvement of youth and women in the industrial ecosystem;
➡️ integration of local small and medium-sized businesses into supply chains;
➡️ development of projects in recycling and the circular economy;
➡️ professional training and development of modern skills.
In addition, TMK presented several practical initiatives to the international audience, including the “Social Supplier Development” programme, the “From Skills to Entrepreneurship” programme, the “Circular Metals and Recycling Laboratory,” and the “Women’s Participation in Industrial Entrepreneurship” initiative.
