From May 21 to 25, the Third "Uzbekistan-China" Interregional Cooperation Forum and the Tenth "Silk Road" International Exhibition took place in the city of Xi'an, People's Republic of China.
The forum was attended by a delegation led by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Khodjayev. The Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex(TMK) successfully participated in the event, showcasing the country's potential in critical minerals and high-value-added industrial products.
The national pavilion of Uzbekistan, organized as part of the event and covering an area of over 2,000 square meters, also demonstrated our country's export and investment potential in the mining, metallurgical, and chemical industries, as well as in sericulture and handicrafts.
During the forum, TMK held negotiations with several major companies, discussing promising opportunities for cooperation and reaching important agreements.
The forum also announced the launch of Uzbekistan's national pavilion on the Alibaba.com international platform and the start of the "100 Alibaba Accelerators" program. This will further expand opportunities for Uzbek manufacturers, particularly TMK, to enter global e-commerce markets.
