The nationwide "Yashil Makon" project and the youth policy, implemented at the initiative of our President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, play a crucial role in ensuring environmental stability, expanding green spaces, and realizing the potential of young people in our country.
In this regard, on Thursday—"Youth Day"—a "Leader and Youth" meeting and a comprehensive event within the framework of the "Yashil Makon" nationwide project were held with the participation of young employees from the Rare Metals and Hard Alloys Plant, part of the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex.
During the first part of the event, the "Leader and Youth" meeting featured an open and sincere dialogue with 50 young specialists. They were provided with information about new reforms at TMK, modern production projects, and innovative directions.
In turn, a number of practical proposals and initiatives put forward by the youth, aimed at increasing production efficiency, introducing innovations, and widely applying advanced international experience, were supported.
In the next part of the event, as part of the "Yashil Makon" nationwide project, TMK management and the youth jointly planted tree saplings. This initiative served to expand green areas, foster an environmental culture, and create a sustainable environment.
Today, TMK is harmoniously developing youth potential and environmental responsibility within our country's industry!
