



On the occasion of Youth Day, an open dialogue was held at the Technical Regulation Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of young professionals, independent researchers, and talented young scientists.
The event featured Amir Abidov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for New Technologies, Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Development at Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK), who shared his experience and insights into the future of advanced technologies, innovation, and the critical minerals industry.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that critical minerals form the foundation of the global economy and play a vital role in the development of advanced technologies, artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, semiconductors, and the green energy transition.
In this context, it was noted that Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) is implementing large-scale projects aimed at building a modern manufacturing, research, and innovation ecosystem in Uzbekistan that creates high value-added products.
The participants also exchanged views on unlocking the scientific potential of young people, transforming innovative ideas into practical projects, supporting startups, and strengthening collaboration between science and industry.
