At the Ingichka Processing Plant in the Samarkand region, part of the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK), a “Leadership and Youth” meeting was held as part of the “Thursday — Youth Day” initiative.
During the event, TMK Deputy Chairman for the Development of New Technologies, Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Amir Abidov engaged in a direct and open dialogue with young employees.
Participants were provided with detailed information about the opportunities available to youth within TMK, including international education and professional development programs. In an open and engaging atmosphere, young specialists received answers to their questions and shared their ideas and initiatives.
