Important scientific results were presented by the Uzbekistan delegation at the "Materials Science and Engineering Technologies - 2025" (MS&T25) conference held in Ohio, USA.
A scientific report on a new discovery, specifically a superalloy with high mechanical and chemical properties, prepared by TMK Board Chairman Farhod Abdullayev, UBS Supervisory Board Chairman, Professor Elyorjon Jumayev, and TMK Deputy Board Chairman for Innovation and Technological Development Amir Abidov, was presented and received recognition from the international community.
In this discovery, the influence of additives such as copper, manganese, and vanadium on high-entropy and new types of superalloys was thoroughly studied, resulting in:
Alteration of the alloy's internal structure, optimization of dendritic formation and void balance;
This process combines the strength and plasticity of the material;
The iron-free composition makes the alloy lightweight and cost-effective.
This paves the way for creating lighter yet more reliable engineering solutions in the future.
These scientific results demonstrate that Uzbekistan, forming the chain of "education, science, and industry," is also emerging on the world stage as a state that creates science and innovation.
