To date, the Uzbekistan Technological Metallurgical Plant has established cooperation in the field of ESG with several countries, including Great Britain, Belgium, the USA, Canada, and the UAE.
The recent visit of the TMK delegation to China regarding cooperation in the field of ESG also contributed to the further expansion of these ties. The delegation members visited the cities of Xi'an and Wuxi, where they conducted working visits and negotiations at LONGi Group, one of the world's leading companies in the field of "green energy."
During the visit, issues of in-depth study of "green" solar panel (Green Solar) and "green" hydrogen (Green Hydrogen) technologies, as well as their implementation in TMK's production processes, were discussed.
During the negotiations, a thorough analysis of LONGi Group's technological potential and industrial solutions was conducted, and an agreement was reached on the phased development of cooperation based on a specific roadmap.
The widespread introduction of highly efficient green energy sources will ensure TMK products' compliance with the environmental and technical standards of the European Union.
For reference, LONGi Hydrogen Technology is one of China's largest energy companies, with a production capacity that reached 2.5 GW in 2023. Thanks to this indicator, the company has gained the status of a global leader in green hydrogen technologies.
